This isn’t routine pickup across entire counties; in more rural areas, including much of Geauga and Portage, it depends especially on location and volume.

What makes a pickup practical
Distance is only one part of it. We look at each request and confirm the details with you before anything is scheduled.
- Quantity
- A rough count is enough. The further away you are, the more pallets a trip usually needs to make sense.
- Pallet type and condition
- Standard 48x40 wood pallets in reusable or repairable condition are our main focus.
- One-time or recurring
- Pallets that keep building up can justify a regular pickup, even outside Greater Cleveland.
- Scheduling and access
- When the pallets can be collected, and whether there’s a dock or forklift at your site.

Which areas do you serve?
Greater Cleveland is our primary market, including Cleveland, Lakewood, Parma, Brook Park, Berea, North Olmsted, Westlake, Strongsville, Independence, Solon, Euclid, Avon, Avon Lake, North Ridgeville, Elyria, and Lorain. Requests from Cuyahoga, Lorain, Medina, Summit, Lake, Geauga, and Portage counties are evaluated individually, and larger loads elsewhere in Ohio may be arranged.
Do you pick up outside Northeast Ohio?
Possibly, for larger loads or recurring volume, but it isn’t guaranteed. It depends on the location, quantity, logistics, and whether we can arrange collection. Send the details and we’ll tell you before anything is scheduled.
Is there a minimum number of pallets?
We don’t publish a fixed minimum. Send a rough count and we’ll review it. The further away you are, the more pallets, or the more regular the volume, a pickup usually needs.
