Pallet pickup
Have Palletsto Move?
Surplus pallets at your plant or warehouse? Send the details. We’ll review them and let you know whether we can collect them, and on what terms.

What we look for
We focus on pallets that can go back into use. Everything other than standard 48x40 wood pallets is reviewed case by case.
- Standard 48x40 wood pallets
- Our main focus. Stringer or block pallets in reusable or repairable condition.
- Other wood sizes and heavy-duty pallets
- Considered case by case, depending on size, condition, and how many there are.
- Plastic and metal pallets
- Reviewed individually. Tell us the type and size, or send a photo.
- Specialty pallets and skids
- Presswood pallets, custom bases, and industrial skids, reviewed individually.
- Rental pallets (CHEP, PECO, and similar)
- Not collected. They belong to the pooling company, unless the owner has authorized it.
Before you send
Fill in what you know. Rough numbers are fine, and photos are optional.
- Payment
- Payment may be available for qualifying pallets. It depends on type, condition, quantity, location, and current demand.
- Pickup
- Nothing is scheduled until we’ve both agreed on the details, including timing and access.
Common questions
Something we haven’t covered? Ask us directly.
Do you collect standard 48x40 wooden pallets?
Yes. Standard 48x40 wood pallets in reusable or repairable condition are our main focus. Send a rough count and their condition, and we’ll tell you whether we can take them.
What other pallets can you consider?
Other wood sizes, heavy-duty and specialty pallets, and plastic or metal pallets. Each is reviewed on its own, because whether we can reuse it depends on size, condition, and quantity.
Can a warehouse or plant set up regular pickups?
We’re open to a regular arrangement if pallets keep building up at your site. Mention it in your request, with a rough idea of how many pallets collect and how often.
Do you pay for pallets?
Sometimes. Payment may be available for qualifying pallets, depending on type, condition, quantity, location, and current demand. Any payment is agreed before a pickup is scheduled.
Is pickup free?
We can’t promise that for every load. Whether a pickup works, and on what terms, depends on the pallets and the location. You’ll know before anything is agreed.
Can you take CHEP or PECO pallets?
No. Blue CHEP, red PECO, and other rental pallets belong to their pooling companies, and we don’t collect them without the owner’s authorization. The pooling company can arrange their return.
What do you need to review a request?
Your name, an email address or phone number, the city or ZIP code where the pallets are, and a short description: type, rough count, and condition. Photos help but aren’t required.
How is a pickup arranged?
We review your details and reply by email or phone. If it’s a fit, we agree on timing, access, and any payment with you. Nothing is scheduled until you confirm.
What areas do you serve?
Cleveland and nearby Northeast Ohio, including Westlake, Avon, Avon Lake, North Ridgeville, Elyria, Lorain, and Strongsville. If you’re a little further out, ask anyway.
