Inquiries are not offers

Sending a form on this site does not create an offer, schedule a pickup, reserve pallets, or form a contract. Every inquiry is reviewed individually. Prices, pickup, and availability are only agreed when we confirm them with you directly.

Pallet ownership and safety

Before any pallets change hands, you must own them or be authorized by the owner to release them. We don’t collect, buy, or resell rental or pooled pallets, such as those owned by CHEP or PECO, without the owner’s authorization, and we don’t accept pallets that are contaminated or have held hazardous materials.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep this site accurate and up to date, but service areas, availability, and details may change. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of service.

Most images on this site are illustrations made with an AI image tool, and one is a licensed stock photo. They show the kinds of pallets we handle. They do not show our own facilities, equipment, or customers. See image credits.
