Privacy Policy

Last updated October 27, 2026

This policy explains what information S&G Pallets (“we” or “us”) collects through this website and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send through our forms:

  • Your name, and an email address or phone number.
  • Your company name, if you add it.
  • A city or ZIP code.
  • Your description of the pallets you have or need, and any photos you attach.
  • Any message you write to us.

Our hosting provider (Netlify) may also log basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure. We use IP addresses briefly to limit spam.

How we use it

  • To reply to you.
  • To review pallets you want collected and discuss pickup and any payment.
  • To check whether we can find pallets you asked about.
  • To keep basic records if we do business together.

We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our business inbox through a third-party email delivery service, and may also be sent to a business tool we use to track requests. This website does not store them in a database. These providers process the information only to deliver it to us. If we enable a spam check from Cloudflare (Turnstile), Cloudflare may process technical data about your browser to tell people apart from bots.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep request details only as long as we need them to respond, provide service, and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Email us at garlen@sgpallets.com and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This website is for businesses. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
